What we collect
Enquiries store your name, email, optional phone, quantity, shipping city and message. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held in WhatsApp under Meta’s terms as well as ours. Server logs (IP, browser, path) are kept up to 90 days.

This lookbook does not use a cart and does not set advertising cookies.
Use
We use your details to quote, pack and ship gifts, and to meet Hong Kong legal duties. We do not sell personal data. Couriers receive only what they need to deliver.
Retention & rights
Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months, longer if a transaction requires it. You may request access, correction or deletion under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance by writing to BAYOOTRADE@outlook.com.
