Returns
When a gift must come back.
Pieces are often packed to an occasion. Returns are authorised first, then shipped. Write within 14 days of delivery.
We accept
Unused, unmonogrammed goods in original packing. Unburned candles. Unopened incense vessels. Empty crates that have not been filled by you.
We decline
Opened candles. Used incense. Personalised wrapping or stamped tags. Packed seasonal crates made to a brief. Brass you have polished into a different finish.
Transit damage
Photograph carton and piece the same day. We replace or refund the damaged gift and we cover that freight.
How
Wait for a return number. Ship to RM 9042, 9/F, BLOCK B, CHUNG MEI CENTRE, 15-17 HING YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG. Faulty goods: we pay freight. Change of mind: you pay. Refunds follow inspection, usually 10 working days, to the original method.
