Returns & exchanges
Because pieces are often packed to an occasion, returns are handled case by case. Unused, unmonogrammed goods in original packing may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorisation.
Opened candles, used incense and personalised wrapping are not returnable. Transit damage: photograph carton and piece the same day and write to us.
Authorised returns ship to RM 9042, 9/F, BLOCK B, CHUNG MEI CENTRE, 15-17 HING YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG. Faulty goods: we pay freight. Change of mind: you pay freight. Refunds follow inspection, usually 10 working days, to the original method.
