We pack from Hong Kong. After an enquiry is confirmed we usually dispatch in 3–7 working days, longer for seasonal crates and engraved work.
Couriers for small gifts; air or sea for marble and mixed crates. Import duties in the destination country are the recipient’s unless we have agreed otherwise. Give a working phone number for the courier.
