Living with it
First burn until the pool reaches the glass. Trim the wick to 5 mm. Never leave a flame unattended. When finished, freeze and lift the remaining wax, wash the glass.
Warranty
Replacement if the vessel arrives cracked. Scent preference is not a fault.
Returns
Unburned candle in original wrap within 14 days. Lit candles cannot return. House policy.
