Living with it
Untreated pine will take marks — oil or leave it raw. Rope handles: do not overload beyond a few kilos. Packed crates: we confirm contents before dispatch.
Warranty
12 months against broken slats from packing. Splits from overloading are not covered.
Returns
Empty unused crate within 14 days. Packed seasonal crates are made to order and are not returnable unless faulty. House policy.
